Norms for household Industrial units in residential areas get relieved by DDA
In the need of certain changes and with a view to greater sustainablity there are new laws
passed. The amalgamation of land plots was earlier 64 square metres that changed upto 200
square metres.
The proposal also got approved by the authorities there would be maximum 9 workers and
11KW power operating systems in these residential areas. Pertaining to the same there would
be no need of taking any sort of clearances from the Labour and Industries Department neither
from Delhi pollution control committee based on the condition that there would be no
polluting units in the household industry.
The plans also got a nod of changing the mode of disposal of Institutional category plots from
leasehold to freehold basis. Further to this there are also proposed amendments in Master plan
of 2021 and will be look forward to bring in some refined changes. There is also proposed plan
for the extension of time for payments of flats for those who have booked through online
scheme to facilitate allotees. The Master plan of 2021 will also be further modified and will
ensure that processes are simplified for the people of household/service industries.
